Interview with Griselda Kumordzie Togobo

Griselda has helped many women entrepreneurs to accelerate their business growth, transforming their lives and giving them a fresh perspective on life and business. She had the honour of being nominated and shortlisted for the Precious Awards Best Mentor in 2012.

Through her coaching programs, articles, books, live training events and speaking, Griselda inspires and motivates others to make the changes necessary to achieve their dreams. She is well known for her down to earth but no-excuses approach to life and business.

 

 

 

 

As an engineer and accountant, Griselda has excelled in her endeavours displaying remarkable adaptability in diverse and challenging environments. She currently uses her vast experience with multi-national businesses to assist individuals, small and medium enterprises on their road to success and productivity. She is a chartered accountant and holds an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management from Wolfson College, Cambridge University.   Griselda trained as an accountant with an international professional services firm where she provided auditing then management consultancy services to large corporates, SMEs, charities and the NHS. Before becoming an accountant, Griselda studied engineering at the University of Science and Technology in Ghana.

Griselda’s entrepreneurial journey was kick-started by the birth of her son. She is therefore very passionate about supporting other women and works closely with a few organizations that champion and advocate for increased female entrepreneurship, leadership and empowerment.
